We take our time to process your documents. Nevertheless, we try to give an answer within 1-2 weeks.

As a rule, the average time between receipt of application and final decision is 3-4 weeks. We take the selection of new employees very seriously throughout the company.

Step by step into the new company

  • Your application will be carefully reviewed in detail by both the HR and the relevant specialist department. If the assessment is positive, we will invite you for an interview.
  • Initial interview takes place on-site or via teams with the HR manager. Here, your friendly nature, your professional enthusiasm, as well as your competence are in demand. If you have convinced us and we have convinced you, a second interview will take place with the department head / management.
  • As soon as the decision has been made for you, we will send you all documents/information on the future cooperation as well as relevant documents for the first working days.
  • Regardless of what decision is made, you will get feedback!

In addition to in-house activities such as back office, executive assistance, HRM, IT and marketing, there are the larger departments of Risk Engineering, Valuation and Claims Management.

Good preparation and also the submission of the complete application documents is required. It is best to inform yourself well about our company, about our culture and the tasks you will take on. In any case, it is advisable to read the job advertisement carefully in order to have a clear picture of what is expected.

Your application documents remain stored in our system for up to 3 months after the application process has been completed. Afterwards, they are deleted in accordance with the DSGVO.

In the event that we are currently unable to hire you (for example, because the position has already been filled), but do not rule out hiring you at a later date, we would store your data for a further 12 months with your permission. The prolonged data storage will only take place with your explicit consent.
